TRAIN AT HOME
We provide you with easy to follow work out videos which can be done in the comfort of your own home, garden, local park or gym. The only piece of equipment you’ll require throughout the course of our programme is a kettlebell which can be purchased online prior to beginning your ABSolute Transformation journey.
We provide easy to follow recipes for you to make; our menu has something for everyone and all the meals can be created quickly and easily. We also have a vegan and vegetarian plan available. Whether you’re a pro in the kitchen or a cooking novice, you’ll find our meal plan tasty and easy to execute.
The duration of each exercise routine varies and you’ll be exercising between 10-45 minutes per day, 6 times per week. The exercises start off fairly easy and increase in difficulty throughout the duration of the 3 months, to give all of our participants a chance to improve their fitness through the duration of the three months.
